Welcome to Marsh Development & Construction. We are a General Contracting firm based in McKinney, Texas, and focus our work in the North Texas region, but we have completed over 20 Amazon projects in multiple states, including Florida, Alabama, Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Texas. We separate ourselves from most other general contracting firms by bringing years of development and investment experience, which translates into a higher level of understanding & financial scrutiny to the construction and development process.
Our TEAM comprises experienced individuals across all facets of real estate, construction, and finance. Our depth of knowledge and business acumen reaches beyond our immediate team, and we partner with others who may add value to a specific project. We have experience with the most basic construction “sticks and bricks” as we call it, which is the preferred construction for office condos, day cares, or specialty one or two-story. We have built concrete Tilt Wall construction, which is my preferred construction, and used for our sports complex, retail, office building, flex space, and Industrial Warehouse. We have built clear-span metal buildings, and we just finished one in April 2025 in Frisco, Texas, which is an Indoor Cricket Training facility. This form of construction allows for churches and sports complexes to have large, clear-span spaces without interior columns. Then we also have flex space or retail utilizing metal framing, sheathing, and masonry exterior. I love each style of building material and each project. We have also performed “Design & Build” projects such as a Baseball Training Complex in McKinney, Texas – indoor/outdoor with artificial turf fields, and the Frisco Badminton facility, which is a tilt-wall construction in Frisco, Texas. Most of our Amazon business is gut-and-remodel of existing warehouses and specialty projects that most contractors can’t figure out.
