Founded in 1999, Marsh Development & Construction is operated & managed by Reno Marsh, Head of Construction. We have built a handful of Sports-Centric facilities and have been building our Amazon Delivery Centers for a few years. We build our own projects like Office Condos, RV Parks, but the majority of the square footage has been office, retail, warehouse, sports complex, corporate headquarters, and beyond. John Magee is our Lead Supervisor and runs most of our projects, who has 30 years of commercial experience and supervised all the Mason crews on all the Prosper High Schools, and just finished the last one, Teel & 380, August 2025.
Paul Dalton, Project Development Manager, oversees all of our site work.

Reno is a Certified Project Manager with 30 years of project management experience. We are all OSHA 30-certified and stay current with the latest methodologies and certifications. Our in-house Real Estate Broker/Office Manager is Toni Spray, who owns McKinney Real Estate Services and handles all our real estate acquisition services & assistance with investment projects. We have a combined experience that translates to successful projects. We can provide a COMPLETE SOLUTION for finding and/or developing your project.
